For more than 8 years on Av. Borges Leal, choosing the best cheese for Santarém's tables.
It started with a counter and a lot of cheese
[MISSING: name] opened Queijo & Cia in [MISSING: year], on Av. Borges Leal, with [MISSING: how it started].
The idea was simple and still is: in Santarém you could find cheese, but it was hard to find the right cheese — someone who could explain the difference between a gorgonzola and a brie, and tell you honestly which one worked best for what you were making.
The name already gave away the plan: it was the cheese — and the whole company it deserves. Over time came the deli meats, the cold cuts. And then our own product line: the lasagnas, the desserts, the sweet rolls, the homemade pizzas.
Today it's more than 8 years, [MISSING: #] customers a day, and 10.7k people following us on Instagram. The counter grew. The way we choose, didn't.

Every cheese that comes into the shop was tasted first. What doesn't pass our own taste test doesn't make the counter.
Sliced fresh, the way you want it
Thin for a sandwich, thick for a cheese board, cubed for a snack. You say it, we cut it in front of you.
