Our story
It started with a counter and a lot of cheese
In Santarém you could find cheese, but it was hard to find the right cheese — someone who could explain the difference between a gorgonzola and a brie, and tell you honestly which one worked best for what you were making. The name already gave away the plan: it was the cheese — and the whole company it deserves.
