Cheese board for having guests over
· Queijo & Cia Team

Ingredients
- 150 g of cheese per person, in 3 or 4 different intensities
- 80 g of cold cuts per person
- Grapes, figs, or pear
- Nuts
- Honey and a jam
- Bread and crackers
Method
- Take the cheeses out of the fridge 30 minutes before. Cold cheese delivers less than half its flavor.
- Cut each cheese differently: the hard one in shards, the semi-hard in cubes, the creamy one whole with a knife beside it.
- Space the cheeses apart, from mildest to strongest.
- Roll or fold the cold cuts instead of leaving them flat, to add volume.
- Fill the gaps with fruit and nuts. Honey and jam in small bowls, on the side.
The math we use at the counter is simple: 150 g of cheese and 80 g of cold cuts per person, if the board is the main course of the night. If it's a starter, cut that in half.
